- Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance
CompuCom provides life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) insurance equal to an associate's annual base salary—at no cost. Associates have the option to purchase additional life and AD&D insurance for themselves, their spouses or partners, and eligible children.

CompuCom’s employee assistance program (EAP) provides confidential, professional short-term counseling to help associates and significant others in their lives resolve difficult problems.
- 401(k) Savings Plan
CompuCom helps associates plan for the future with a 401(k) matched savings plan. CompuCom associates are immediately eligible to participate in this plan and can contribute up to 60% of their eligible pay on a pre-tax basis. We offer a very competitive matching program to help our associates grow their retirement savings.
