As CompuCom’s Chief Operating Officer, Jeff Frick leads company-wide initiatives and oversees a number of teams including Professional Services, Information Technology, Distribution, Configuration and Engagement Services. He is also charged with maintaining the company’s focus on service delivery excellence and respectively drives support functions such as Field Service Sales along with Service Delivery functions such as Service Desk, Dispatch, Service Center and Logistics groups.
Jeff joined CompuCom in November 2004 in conjunction with the acquisition of GE IT Solutions and its integration with our company. Prior to the acquisition, he was Chief Information Officer and Quality Leader of GE IT Solutions.
Jeff has more than 25 years of experience in the IT industry. He originally joined GE in the IT management leadership development program in 1981, advancing through a series of executive positions in IT, operations, and quality with a number of GE’s businesses, including its corporate headquarters. He served as a member of the GE Information Management Council and was recognized by GE with the CIO Award for driving Six Sigma Production Services.
A native of Pittsburgh, Jeff holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and business from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania and has achieved Six Sigma Master Black Belt & Quality Leader certifications.
