Rocco J. Musumeche
Senior Vice President, ITO Business Development

Rocco Musumeche is responsible for managing CompuCom’s new business development activities for IT Outsourcing services in North America, working closely with the Enterprise, Software and Network Management Services teams to grow our ITO business in these accounts. In addition, Rocco is responsible for growing net new service accounts and working with our OEM channel service partners, offshore service delivery firms and outsourcing consultants.

Prior to being promoted to his current position in October 2007, Mr. Musumeche was responsible for managing CompuCom's sales and service delivery functions in the Western and South Central Regions of the United States. In that role, he created several high-performance, professional teams by reorganizing resources and refocusing efforts to improve overall client satisfaction ratings. In addition, Mr. Musumeche developed and successfully implemented marketing and operational processes within his region that provided unique insight into client relationships and have become standards for the entire company.

During his tenure with CompuCom, Mr. Musumeche has held various positions of increasing responsibility in management, sales, sales operations, training, and business development covering the entire IT spectrum (services, hardware, and software). He and his teams have won a number of performance awards over the past two decades and have consistently ranked among the best in the company. Mr. Musumeche has been with CompuCom since 1987.

Prior to joining CompuCom, Mr. Musumeche spent five years with a petroleum consulting firm, where he performed reservoir simulations and future financial analysis of petroleum reserves. He also converted a simulation analysis package from a handheld device to a PC and helped the consulting firm to market that product.

Mr. Musumeche attended the University of Houston, where he majored in chemical and industrial engineering. He is actively involved with leadership development and educational activities in his local community.
