Currently, our partner is developing Payton, a new supply chain innovation that will shorten the time and lower the cost of supplying finished memory goods to the marketplace. Payton will offer the following back-end services:
- Dicing wafers
- Encasing integrated circuits into protective packaging
- Testing and creating a just-in-time delivery system of finished modules for DRAM and system manufacturers
