Cancellation/Re-scheduling Policy: To cancel or re-schedule a class and avoid cancellation fees, please give CompuCom three working days notice for "Business Application Training" and 10 working days notice for "Technical Education Training." Classes cancelled or re-scheduled with insufficient notice will be assessed fees of 100% (for Business Application Training) or 100% (for Technical Education Training) of the published course price. No-shows will be charged the full course price, however, they will be given up to 90 days to retake course originally registered for free of charge. Training to be delivered at the client's location or outside CompuCom's Anchorage Learning Center may be subject to the same cancellation fees, plus the cost of guaranteed travel and facilities expenses (if applicable). CompuCom reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule classes. In the event CompuCom cancels a class, we will promptly refund the full course price. CompuCom's liability by such cancellation is limited to the course fee already paid to CompuCom on behalf of the student. Student substitutions are accepted without penalty at any point until a class starts.
