Ken Jackowitz is Chief Product Officer at CompuCom and leads product management, corporate marketing, sales enablement, and business development. From September 2015 to July 2017, Ken was the business leader for the Service Experience Management organization at CompuCom. Under Ken's leadership, his team provided best-in-class technical support solutions including persona, digital self-service and IT Service Management and analytics to optimize client end-user productivity and reduce overall support costs.
Prior to CompuCom, Ken led the practice management Customer Experience organization for IDEXX Laboratories and held senior customer experience leadership and innovation positions at Arise Virtual Solutions, Bank of America, NetByTel and Office Depot, Inc.
Ken earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Management from Bentley University in Waltham, MA and spent four years as an Executive in Residence/ Research Affiliate at the MIT Media Lab in Cambridge, MA.
