Over the past few weeks, our Service Desk staff has been working diligently to support the thousands of workers who suddenly find themselves working from home—in many cases for the first time. To assist customers in their efforts to transition to a remote workforce, we’ve been asked to configure and distribute thousands of devices to get employees back up and contributing remotely and then support those employees’ IT needs.
