Over the past few weeks, we've all experienced things that were unimaginable at the beginning of the year. Who could have foreseen stay-at-home orders spanning entire countries and millions suddenly working from home? As we deal with the situation, two things will continue to drive decisions at CompuCom: The health and wellbeing of our employees and our commitment to serving our customers.
We remain fully operational. At our configuration and distribution centers in the U.S. and Canada, our employees are doing amazing things to get out the equipment needed to support work even with the extra precautions we've taken to keep people safe.
The entire country of India is under lockdown, but because we took action early to accelerate our work-from-home capabilities, our Pune associates are fully operational from a remote standpoint.
And, in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico, we're working from home wherever possible and using best practices for our onsite and field services technicians to help prevent the spread of the virus.
We understand that most of our customers are implementing remote work on a scale never imagined until now. Our service desk associates are doing their best to support and help them work through new challenges daily and are expanding our offerings to meet their needs. We will continue to share insights and learning we gain as we get through this as a team.
