At our configuration and distribution centers in the U.S. and Canada, our employees are working hard to set up and ship the equipment remote workers need to keep their organizations running.
Our Service Desk associates in the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and India seamlessly shifted to working remotely with minimal disruption as they support thousands of end users who are also working from home - many for the first time in their careers.
Our field technicians continue to support critical business operations and are doing things like setting up the technology needed at one hospital system for coronavirus screening centers for patients, visitors, and staff.
We remain committed to our customers and focused on the health and well-being of our employees. That includes taking extra precautions to help keep people safe in our facilities and using best practices for our field services technicians to help prevent the spread of the virus.
CompuCom serves as a critical business tool for our customers, and it's a responsibility we take very seriously. I’m moved by the sheer number of customer emails I've received thanking us for our efforts. It's clear that we're making a difference.
