  • This local IT exec predicts his Indian Land HQ will hit 3,500 jobs sooner than you think

    Dan Stone can foresee a time when the CompuCom campus in Indian Land will be the home to 3,500 employees and the new Charlotte-area headquarters will be the go-to place for IT services even for small businesses. In fact, Stone, president of CompuCom, predicts those two milestones will be accomplished within the next five or six years. The only holdup, he says, is finding employees. “We can’t find enough of them,” he says. “We want more and more.” On April 9, 2018, CompuCom officially declared the building open, and Stone is already talking about expanding.
