Greg Hoogerland is responsible for championing the customer perspective and leading the CompuCom Account Management team to deliver excellent service and innovative solutions to our customers. In his prior role as Chief Strategy Officer, Greg maximized customer satisfaction, collaboration, sales growth and profitability at CompuCom. He orchestrated and accelerated CompuCom’s roadmap and strategy to drive the company forward, along with the other members of the executive team.

Greg joined CompuCom from Systems Maintenance Services (SMS), where he was Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer. In this role, he was responsible for SMS's global service offerings and new product development strategy. Greg proactively developed capabilities to support anticipated client demands and elevate SMS's value proposition as a premier managed IT infrastructure services provider.

Before joining SMS, Greg worked for SunGard Availability Services as the Vice President of Product Development, and prior to that, as the Vice President of Central Engineering and Enterprise Management for SunGard Global Services. Before SunGard, Greg was the CIO for a multinational electronics firm, and has held COO and CTO roles in the managed services and hosting industries. Greg holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Accounting from Western Michigan University.
