Receives Second-highest Scores for Service Desk and Digital Workplace Use Cases

Gartner’s research focuses on three critical capabilities – Alternative Support Models, Desktop, Mobility and Virtualization and Remote Support – across three Use Cases for 21 service providers for managed workplace services (MWS) in North America. This research helps sourcing and vendor management leaders select the best MWS vendor for their specific needs.

This Critical Capabilities research is a companion document to Gartner’s recently published Magic Quadrant for Managed Workplace Services, North America, in which CompuCom was named a Leader.
