CompuCom Recognized as Cisco Physical Security Authorized Technology Provider Partner

DALLAS, TEXAS — APRIL 24, 2014 — CompuCom, a leading technology infrastructure services company, announced today that it has achieved Physical Security Authorized Technology Provider (ATP) status in the U.S. from Cisco. This designation recognizes that CompuCom has fulfilled the training requirements and program prerequisites to sell, deploy and support Cisco Physical Security products and solutions.

Cisco’s Connected Physical Security solutions provide large-scale enterprise and government customers with end-to-end networked solutions that are hyper-scalable, hyper-agile and easy to manage. Purpose-built for network and IT security system deployments, Cisco Connected Physical Security solutions support video surveillance, access control, incident management and security operations. Together with Cisco and third-party video, collaboration and networking systems, these solutions are enabled by Cisco’s award-winning medianet technologies, architectures and unified data center technologies.

“As a Cisco Gold Certified Partner for more than 14 years, we are excited to also be recognized as a Cisco Physical Security Authorized Technology Provider,” said Andy Deltuvia, CompuCom’s VP of Professional Services. "The combination of Cisco technology and CompuCom consulting enables us to provide clients with a more robust physical security solution with better manageability. This will help clients expedite the process of moving from analog to digital and better leverage their existing enterprise for video.”

The Cisco ATP Program is part of Cisco’s go-to-market strategy for its Physical Security technology. The program helps Cisco to define the knowledge, skills and services that channel partners need to successfully sell, deploy and support an emerging technology.
