What is your role at CompuCom?
I work in our digital workplace capabilities center. We are responsible for strategy focused on user experience, endpoint solutions, and automation.

Tell us a little about yourself?

I'm a digital workplace innovator with over 25 years’ experience working in end-user services and endpoint engineering. I find strategic approaches for technology to evolve services with new ways of working to deliver outcomes in today’s user-experience focused and digitally connected culture.

What is the best part of working at CompuCom?

Hands down the people are the reason why I stay at CompuCom.  No two days are the same, and there is an infinite amount of knowledge to learn and ways to grow. 

What are some key achievements at CompuCom?

I am very proud of our Women in Technology Affinity group.  In just under a year since our launch, we have been able to do some great things to recognize and elevate our female associates. 

Professionally, I am most proud of the persona-based methodology and framework I created. The premise and use of our personas is unique. I has become a differentiated, innovative offering for how we manage and support end users.
