James W. Dixon President and Chief Executive Officer Jim Dixon has been the driving force behind CompuCom’s organic and acquisition led growth strategy since taking over as CEO in 2004 that has transformed the company into a multi-tower IT outsourcing leader. He was previously CEO then Chairman of the Board from 1988 to 1996 when he led the company’s evolution from a regional product reseller to a national IT services integration leader that resulted in a compound annual revenue growth (CAGR) of more than 30%. During his current tenure, he and the management team led the integration of four strategic acquisitions, including the North American operations of Getronics ($400M) and GE IT Solutions ($500M). Prior to joining CompuCom, Jim held executive roles with IBM and Bell Atlantic. He has also served on the boards of five public companies, as well as the board of CompTIA, an IT industry association. Jim holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Louisiana Tech University.
| Kevin A. Shank SVP, Services Sales and Delivery Kevin Shank is responsible for leading CompuCom’s sales and service delivery for existing IT Outsourcing clients in the United States. This responsibility includes growing and retaining CompuCom's key services clients and managing a large team of CompuCom associates. Kevin joined CompuCom with the acquisition of GE’s IT Solutions in November 2004, where he led sales and operations for GE IT Solutions largest services region. His began his IT career working in sales at IBM. Kevin holds a dual bachelor’s degree in finance and marketing from Indiana University, where he was an NCAA Academic All-American. He won a number of performance-based awards in various sales and management areas during his tenure at GE and currently holds a Six Sigma Green Belt and ITIL Foundations certifications.

Jeffrey E. Frick, Chief Operating Officer Jeff Frick leads company-wide operations and critical business functions, including Professional Services, Information Technology, Engagement Services, Field Service Sales along with Service Delivery functions such as Field Services, Service Center and Logistics. Jeff joined CompuCom in 2004 with the acquisition of GE IT Solutions. Prior to the acquisition, he was Chief Information Officer and Quality Leader of GE IT Solutions. He originally joined GE in the IT management leadership development program in 1981, advancing through a series of executive positions in IT, operations, and quality with a number of GE’s businesses, including its corporate headquarters. He served as a member of the GE Information Management Council and was recognized by GE with the CIO Award for driving Six Sigma Production Services. Jeff holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and business from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania and has achieved Six Sigma Master Black Belt & Quality Leader certifications.
| William D. Barry, SVP, Enterprise Sales Bill Barry is responsible for leading CompuCom’s sales, supply chain management and customer service functions throughout North America. Bill returned to CompuCom in 2005 to drive growth in the company's product and software business and lead the enterprise accounts team. He was previously with CompuCom from 1986-1998, serving in a number of executive sales management roles, and ultimately serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Between his two periods of service with CompuCom, Bill held senior positions at Docucorp, where he was Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for five years, and BancTec Systems, where he was Vice President of Sales and Marketing.

Lloyd R. “Skip” Sorenson, EVP and Chief Financial Officer Lloyd R. "Skip" Sorenson joined CompuCom's Senior Management Team in 2011 as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He leads CompuCom’s financial operations; including Finance, Accounting, Treasury, and Internal Control functions. Skip previously spent three years as Chief Financial Officer of Lineage Power Corporation, where he helped lead the team that sold Lineage Power to GE Energy in February of 2011. Prior to joining Lineage Power, he was Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer with AECOM Technology Corporation in Los Angeles where he assisted AECOM in going public in May 2007. Prior to that, Skip held leadership positions with Vought Aircraft, Dell Inc., other leading companies in the aerospace and defense industry, including working as a construction supervisor on the 688 class submarine, USS Oklahoma City. Skip holds an MBA and a bachelor's degree in finance from Old Dominion University, and is a member of Financial Executives Institute (FEI). Skip was recently named Outstanding CFO in the Large Private Company category by DCEO, a Dallas-Fort Worth based business publication.
| Rocco Musumeche, SVP, ITO Business Development Rocco Musumeche manages CompuCom’s new business development activities for IT Outsourcing services in North America. He works closely with the company’s Enterprise, Software and Network Management Services teams to design and deliver the best possible vendor-independent solutions to meet our clients’ unique business and technology needs. Prior to joining CompuCom in 1987, Rocco spent five years with a petroleum consulting firm where he developed financial models of petroleum reserves and also did product development and marketing.

Ed Anderson, Chief Strategy Officer Ed Anderson drives the collaborative effort to develop CompuCom’s strategic plan and supporting initiatives. He also leads the company’s Marketing and Demand Generation teams who are focused on communicating CompuCom’s unique value proposition to clients and prospects. His team’s market insights help to drive increased organic growth by identifying best practices for CompuCom customers and by promoting new solution offerings aligned with leading technology trends. Prior to entering the technology industry Ed worked for American Express. He also served as a board member for several firms including Diamond Management and Technology Consulting, a boutique firm residing at the intersection of technology and business strategy. Ed holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan.
| Michael P. Keogh, VP and GM, Integrated Shared Services Mike Keogh is responsible for leading the teams that deliver shared services from 10 global locations. This includes service design, transition & operations, as well as Global Technical Operations and service desks. Mike joined CompuCom with the acquisition of GE’s IT Solutions in November 2004, where he served in a variety of IT service roles including as a Six Sigma Black Belt, Program Manager, and Key Account Manager. He began his career with Lehman Brothers in New York City. Mike holds a bachelor's degree in biochemistry from Cornell University and is currently enrolled in the Executive MBA program at the MIT Sloan School of Management.

John Douglas, Chief Information Officer John Douglas is responsible for leading CompuCom’s day-to-day IT operations, IT strategy, and key IT initiatives, all while delivering a reliable IT infrastructure and applications to achieve business goals. John joined CompuCom in August 2008 with the acquisition of Getronics North America, where he was Global CIO responsible for the design, implementation, support, management and hosting of global and local information and communication systems supporting 24,000 employees. Prior to joining Getronics, John held executive positions at IBM/Rational Software, including the role of global CIO. His professional background includes more than 25 years of IT industry experience in positions of increasing responsibility with companies including Baan Company, Cisco Systems/StrataCom and Bay Networks/Wellfleet Communications. John holds a bachelor's degree in management and a master's degree in computer information systems from Bentley College.
| Phil Soper, GM, Canada Phil Soper is responsible for leading CompuCom’s business growth in Canada. He joined CompuCom in September 2007, from Apple Canada, inc., where he led a multi-sales channel team that sold into key markets, including education, business, reseller and consumer. Prior to that, he was Vice President, Complementary Channels for Telus Business Solutions, which is a Canadian telecommunications company providing voice, data and wireless solutions to the consumer and commercial markets. Phil also spent 14 years with Compaq Canada Inc. in sales and sales management positions of increasing responsibility, rising from Dealer Sales Representative to Director of Sales for British Columbia. Phil holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Western Ontario. He is also on the Executive Board of the Lorraine Kimsa Theatre for Young People

David W. Hall, Chief Technology Officer David Hall provides strategic leadership for CompuCom’s supply chain logistics, advanced integration, software and consulting initiatives and directs the company’s ISO 9001-certified integration and distribution operations. He also manages CompuCom’s relationships with leading software providers such as Microsoft, Computer Associates and Symantec. Prior to joining CompuCom in 1989, David spent several years in IT leadership positions with Chase Manhattan and NYNEX Business Systems. David holds degrees in programming and data processing from Delaware Technical College and attended Drexel University for Information Studies. In addition, David is a Board Member to the New Jersey Educational Information & Resource Center (ERIC) and an active member of multiple technical advisory boards, including; Altiris, BMC, CRN, Mimosa, Symantec North America and WW Advisory Council, and Teneros.
| John Conner, VP and GM, Services Sales, Delivery and Strategy John Conner is responsible for setting CompuCom's corporate services sales strategy. In addition, he leads a team of associates responsible for IT outsourcing sales and services delivery for Canada and the Eastern United States. John joined CompuCom in November 2004 with the acquisition of GE’s IT Solutions business unit where he was Area Vice President, Sales for large outsourced accounts. Prior to joining GE in 2001, he founded several startup organizations and served in various positions at Xerox and Compaq. John holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and computer science from Earlham College and holds ITIL v3 Foundation and Six Sigma green belt certifications.

Timothy Shea, SVP, Human Resources and Corporate Development Tim Shea is responsible for leading CompuCom’s human resources, corporate development, legal and facilities teams. Tim joined CompuCom in 2005 and initially led the integration of the recently acquired GE IT Solutions business before taking on more leadership responsibilities. Prior to joining CompuCom, Tim was Senior Vice President for Platinum Equity, a global merger, acquisitions, and operations firm where he managed transition projects and guided the ongoing portfolio management for a number of Platinum Equity portfolio companies in the United States and Europe. Prior to Platinum Equity, Tim served as the Chief Financial Officer for Aptis, Inc., and Interim Vice President of Finance and Global Managing Director of Financial Services for Sabre, Inc. Tim holds an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin, specializing in Finance and Management, a master’s degree in management science from the University of Central Texas and a bachelor’s degree in government and history from the University of Notre Dame. Tim is also a member of the Society for Human Resource Management.
