James W. Dixon
Jim Dixon has been the driving force behind CompuCom’s organic and acquisition-led growth strategy. Now Chairman of the Company’s board of directors, Jim served as CompuCom’s President and CEO from 2004 until February 2015, growing the company into a $2.2B provider of IT services and solutions. Under Jim’s leadership, the company has focused most recently on the integration of CompuCom’s cloud and mobility offerings into their successful IT outsourcing offerings.
Jim was previously CompuCom’s CEO and then Chairman of the Board from 1987 to 1996 when he led the company’s transformation from a hardware reseller to a national reseller of hardware and IT services. Prior to joining CompuCom in 2004, Jim held executive roles with IBM and Bell Atlantic. He has also served on the boards of five public companies, as well as the board of CompTIA, an IT industry association. Jim holds a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Louisiana Tech University.
Chief Executive Officer
Don Doctor is responsible for providing strong global leadership and operational excellence to advance CompuCom’s mission and strategy. Don shapes and executes the strategy that enables CompuCom to deliver "best-in-breed" IT services and solutions to its clients – harnessing the Company’s people, culture, capabilities and portfolio to pursue market opportunities that drive growth. Don has served as Executive Chairman of CompuCom’s board since August 2014 and has been a member of the board since May 2013.
Don is also currently the Executive Chairman of Systems Maintenance Services (SMS), having recently additionally served as SMS’ Chief Executive Officer. Prior to joining SMS, he served as the Chairman and CEO of Encoda Systems, Inc., a provider of back-office solutions for the media industry. In 1991, Don co-founded Premier Systems Integrators, Inc., a provider of integrated information and communication technology. Prior to that, Don was a Partner and Vice President at Spectrum Associates, Inc. and he also served in various capacities with Lincoln National Corporation. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business with concentrations in Accounting and Computer Science from Indiana University.
Chief Technology Officer
Sam Gross is responsible for CompuCom’s strategic technology planning, technology portfolio management and product and services development. He has more than 25 years of experience developing innovative approaches and solutions to meet the business and technology needs of Fortune 1000 and leading global companies. He is passionate about emerging technologies including cloud technologies and mobility, as well as the development of strategic market segments.
Prior to joining CompuCom, Sam was VP, Global ITO Solutions at Unisys. Prior to that, he spent 10 years with Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) most recently as Chief Technology Officer for clients including Aon, U.S. Army IT Transformation, Nortel Networks. Earlier in his career, he developed novel solutions and offerings for ENTEX/Siemens and Cigna. Sam is regular speaker at industry forums and client events, and he has served on multiple technical advisory boards.
Chief Information Officer
Pam Baxter drives the strategy and operations for all services built and supported by CompuCom’s Information Technology team. With more than 20 years of experience as an IT executive, Pam is responsible for providing the strong technical foundation that CompuCom needs to seamlessly deliver services to clients and associates, in support of CompuCom’s strategy.
Pam joined CompuCom in January 2009 as Vice President, Information Technology, bringing to CompuCom a wealth of experience and superior technical acumen in developing, deploying and managing leading-edge information solutions. Prior to CompuCom, Pam worked for Getronics as Vice President, Global Service Delivery Systems from 2006 to 2009, and also previously held the position of Vice President, Software Engineering at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide. Pam holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration, with a major in Finance, from the University of Massachusetts. She also holds a number of professional IT licenses and is a member of the Project Management Institute.
Chief Administrative Officer
Tim Shea is responsible for leading CompuCom’s human resources, corporate development, legal and facilities teams. Tim joined CompuCom in 2005 and initially led the integration of the recently acquired GE IT Solutions business before taking on more leadership responsibilities.
Prior to joining CompuCom, Tim was Senior Vice President for Platinum Equity, a global merger, acquisitions, and operations firm where he managed transition projects and guided the ongoing portfolio management for a number of Platinum Equity portfolio companies in the United States and Europe. Prior to Platinum Equity, Tim served as the Chief Financial Officer for Aptis, Inc., and Interim Vice President of Finance and Global Managing Director of Financial Services for Sabre, Inc.
Tim holds an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin, specializing in Finance and Management, a master’s degree in management science from the University of Central Texas and a bachelor’s degree in government and history from the University of Notre Dame. Tim is also a member of the Society for Human Resource Management.
Chief Marketing Officer
Jonathan is responsible for leading CompuCom’s marketing functions, including product/service brand management, lead generation, events, marketing communications, public relations, and sales enablement. Jonathan is an experienced marketing and communications executive with a deep background in building global brands on tight budgets. He is skilled in positioning, messaging, sales support and lead generation, analyst relations, investor relations, as well as internal and external communications.
Prior to joining CompuCom, Jonathan served as Associate Vice President-Global Marketing for the Strategic Global Sourcing unit at Infosys as well as VP of Global Marketing for Unisys, and executive marketing and communications management roles with Syntel, Inc., Ameritech, and ProQuest (formerly UMI/Bell+Howell).
Jonathan is a frequent speaker at marketing/technology conferences and is a member of the American Marketing Association/Triangle Chapter in North Carolina. He earned a B.A. from Michigan State University in East Lansing, Michigan.
SVP and President, End-User Enablement
Dan Stone is responsible for accelerating growth in End-User Enablement (EUE), a core strength in CompuCom’s market-leading portfolio of capabilities. EUE helps IT executives manage the convergence of social interaction, mobility, analytics/Big Data and cloud – empowering end users as they interact with each other and their information. Dan is focused on enhancing CompuCom’s penetration in the growing end-user computing market, where the Company has deep expertise.
Prior to joining CompuCom, Dan served as President and General Manager of Lenovo Latin America, a $3B business division, where he led 7,000 employees across 15 countries and two continents, and operated six vertically integrated manufacturing sites. Previously, Dan was the Chief Strategy Officer at Lenovo, leading the development and implementation of global corporate strategy technology investments, strategic partnerships/alliances, as well as post-merger management activities across the globe. He also held roles at McKinsey & Company and served as a Team Commander in the Israeli Defense Forces. Dan holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Business Administration from Hebrew University.
SVP, Chief Strategy Officer
Greg Hoogerland is responsible for maximizing customer satisfaction, collaboration, sales growth and profitability at CompuCom. In this role, he orchestrates and accelerates CompuCom’s roadmap and strategy to drive the company forward, along with the other members of the executive team.
Greg joined CompuCom from Systems Maintenance Services (SMS), where he was Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer. In this role, he was responsible for SMS's global service offerings and new product development strategy. Greg proactively developed capabilities to support anticipated client demands and elevate SMS's value proposition as a premier managed IT infrastructure services provider.
Before joining SMS, Greg worked for SunGard Availability Services as the Vice President of Product Development, and prior to that, as the Vice President of Central Engineering and Enterprise Management for SunGard Global Services. Before SunGard, Greg was the CIO for a multinational electronics firm, and has held COO and CTO roles in the managed services and hosting industries. Greg holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Accounting from Western Michigan University.
SVP, Global Services Sales
As Senior Vice President of Global Services Sales, Mark is focused on accelerating our sales success by leveraging CompuCom’s industry-recognized portfolio. His extensive results-oriented leadership experience in the IT industry is core to CompuCom achieving its strategic sales, growth and profitability objectives.
Mark joined CompuCom from Fujitsu North America, where as Executive Vice President of Sales and Chief Marketing Officer, he redesigned the sales organization to achieve greater levels of sales success. Prior to Fujitsu, Mark was Chief Operating Officer at Tiburon, Inc./The Gores Group; served as Chief Executive Officer-North America and President of Global Sales, Channels and Field Marketing at Siemens; and held a number of executive leadership roles at BearingPoint Inc., Oracle Corporation, Digital Equipment Corporation and NCR Corporation.
Mark holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Rider University and completed the Executive Management Program at Yale University School of Business.
SVP, Global Service Operations
Bill Bancroft is responsible for consistent, integrated service delivery to ensure an excellent service experience for our clients. By providing operational leadership and cost management for our services organization, Bill helps CompuCom continue to build its services capability and expand the delivery strategy to complement portfolio development and accelerate growth.
Bill has successfully led global delivery organizations across IT companies such as CSC, IBM, Unisys and GE Capital. Prior to joining CompuCom, Bill served as Vice President & General Manager of Outsourcing Client Management at Unisys, where he improved revenue and profit by defining a sales strategy, strengthening client relationships and satisfaction, and enhancing operational excellence. Bill holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from West Chester University and completed a number of management programs, including Colgate University Graduate School’s Executive Management Program and multiple programs at Wharton Business School. He is Six Sigma Green Belt and ITIL trained.
William D. Barry,
SVP, Enterprise Sales
Bill Barry is responsible for leading CompuCom’s sales, supply chain management and customer service functions throughout North America.
Bill returned to CompuCom in 2005 to drive growth in the company's product and software business and lead the enterprise accounts team. He was previously with CompuCom from 1986-1998, serving in a number of executive sales management roles, and ultimately serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Between his two periods of service with CompuCom, Bill held senior positions at Docucorp, where he was Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for five years, and BancTec Systems, where he was Vice President of Sales and Marketing.
SVP, ITO Business Development
Rocco Musumeche manages CompuCom’s new business development activities for IT Outsourcing services in North America. He works closely with the company’s Enterprise, Software and Network Management Services teams to design and deliver the best possible vendor-independent solutions to meet our clients’ unique business and technology needs.
Prior to joining CompuCom in 1987, Rocco spent five years with a petroleum consulting firm where he developed financial models of petroleum reserves and also did product development and marketing.
Phil Soper is responsible for leading CompuCom’s business growth in Canada. He joined CompuCom in September 2007, from Apple Canada, inc., where he led a multi-sales channel team that sold into key markets, including education, business, reseller and consumer.
Prior to that, he was Vice President, Complementary Channels for Telus Business Solutions, which is a Canadian telecommunications company providing voice, data and wireless solutions to the consumer and commercial markets. Phil also spent 14 years with Compaq Canada Inc. in sales and sales management positions of increasing responsibility, rising from Dealer Sales Representative to Director of Sales for British Columbia. Phil holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Western Ontario. He is also on the Executive Board of the Lorraine Kimsa Theatre for Young People
David W. Hall,
SVP, Infrastructure Solutions Consulting
David Hall leads CompuCom’s Infrastructure Solutions Consulting organization which combines our Solutions Architect and Professional Service consulting teams and aligns them with our enterprise hardware and software teams to deliver tightly integrated solutions to our clients.
Prior to joining CompuCom in 1989, David spent several years in IT leadership positions with Chase Manhattan and NYNEX Business Systems. David holds degrees in programming and data processing from Delaware Technical College and attended Drexel University for Information Studies. In addition, David is a Board Member to the New Jersey Educational Information & Resource Center (ERIC) and an active member of multiple technical advisory boards, including; Altiris, BMC, CRN, Mimosa, Symantec North America and WW Advisory Council, and Teneros.
