The award recognizes Compucom’s impact and commitment to building an empowering and inclusive workplace

As a global organization with locations in the United States, Canada, Mexico and India, Compucom champions diversity as part of its core values.

“Diversity is a widely discussed topic – and it remains a crucial factor as people look for an employer or a business partner.  Newsweek and market-data research firm Plant-A Insights are proud to introduce “America’s Greatest Workplaces for Diversity 2024,” highlighting companies that are committed to offering diverse and inclusive work environment.” said Nancy Cooper, global editor in chief for Newsweek.

Diversity at Compucom starts at the top as a majority of the senior leadership team are women or people of color. In addition, Compucom’s associates take part in and lead six different employee resource groups. The largest such group is the company’s Women in Technology affinity group, which also partners with the national WiT Network.
