Bolder, More Forward-Looking Brand Personality Signals New Day at Compucom
FORT MILL, SC, May 5, 2022 – Compucom, a leading managed IT services provider delivering technology solutions that unlock an enterprise’s digital workplace potential, launched a new era with a bolder, more innovative, recharged brand personality.
The new brand identity also aligns with the company’s focus on managing an employee’s experience with technology to drive the customer’s business outcomes.
Compucom has led the way in work-from-anywhere solutions for more than 30 years, even before the pandemic changed the way the world worked, facilitating remote work from branches, satellite or retail locations in addition to a company’s headquarters. It was a seamless transition to help customers embrace remote work, hybrid work and return-to-office challenges with a remote-right strategy.
A bolder, fresher look and feel was needed to more accurately depict the company’s position as an industry leader transforming today’s hybrid work and distributed technology space.
A Bolder, More Forward-Thinking Compucom
The new brand identity focuses on the experience customers have with the brand. The “C” inside the vibrant circle highlights the promise to put the customer at the core of everything the company does.
“We must continue to evolve as the market evolves. Our new brand identity evokes confidence, innovation and an entrepreneurial spirit,” says Heather Lockhart, Compucom Chief Marketing Officer. “We now have a fresh look to go with our forward-thinking mindset, focus on being agile and innovating for our customers.”
In today’s quest for talent, Lockhart says the brand also speaks to current and future Compucom team members.
“We want to attract and retain people who have a similar mindset,” she says. “Our new brand personality embodies our core values to act like an owner, do the right thing and have fun. We also hold each other accountable to our goals as we earn the right to serve our customers every day.”
