Report Shows Ongoing Commitment to Sustainability, Ethics, Employee Wellbeing, and Community Impact

The report highlights meaningful achievements over the past year while outlining the company’s ongoing commitment to creating long-term value for customers, associates, partners, and communities.

Advancing Sustainability Performance
Compucom’s 2026 CSR report highlights continued momentum in its sustainability journey, including improved performance in the annual EcoVadis assessment. The company increased its overall EcoVadis score from 66 to 69 and ranked among the top 22% of companies globally and the top 13% within its industry. Compucom also achieved a top 3% industry ranking for Sustainable Procurement, demonstrating its commitment to responsible business practices throughout its supply chain.
Key environmental achievements included:
- Completion of the company’s baseline greenhouse gas (GHG) inventory in 2025 to establish a foundation for future emissions reduction efforts.
- An estimated 87% diversion of operational waste from landfills through recycling and responsible materials management programs.
- Expansion of fuel-efficient fleet initiatives, including deployment of hybrid vehicles that are projected to reduce fuel consumption by approximately 95,000 gallons annually, avoid an estimated 845 metric tons of CO₂ emissions, and deliver approximately $430,000 in annual fuel cost savings compared to legacy vehicles.
- Continued participation in Canada’s Net-Zero Challenge and ongoing development of science-aligned emissions reduction targets.

Compucom’s CSR strategy is supported by a comprehensive governance framework that integrates sustainability into business operations through executive leadership oversight, a Sustainability Committee, a Sustainability Affinity Group, and a dedicated GHG Subcommittee.
The company also reinforced its commitment to ethics, integrity, and privacy through robust compliance programs, annual ethics training, conflict-of-interest management, anti-bribery and corruption controls, and global privacy compliance initiatives. Compucom participates in the Data Privacy Framework program to support compliant and secure cross-border data transfers while maintaining strong data protection practices for customers and partners.
Investing in Employees and Inclusive Growth
Compucom continued investing in its people-focused culture by expanding training, career development, and employee engagement opportunities. In 2025:
- Associates completed more than 17,000 unique skills courses.
- 90% of associates completed skills training programs.
- Associates averaged 15 hours of annual learning and development.
- 100% of eligible associates received performance and career reviews.
- More than 700 associates participated in employee-led affinity groups focused on inclusion, professional development, and community building.
The report also highlights Compucom’s commitment to workplace integrity and human rights initiatives, including a 99.9% completion rate for Code of Conduct Awareness and Harassment and Discrimination training programs, and full resolution of any reported cases.
Strengthening Responsible Sourcing
Compucom continued to advance supplier sustainability and diversity initiatives in support of customers’ evolving ESG expectations. The company increased total diverse supplier spend by $3.2 million year-over-year while improving supplier sustainability assessment processes and expanding inclusion across procurement activities.
The company’s comprehensive Vendor Code of Conduct reinforces expectations around ethical business conduct, environmental responsibility, confidentiality, and workplace safety across its supply chain.
Delivering Impact Beyond the Workplace
Through its Compucom Cares program, associates continued making a positive impact in the communities where they live and work. During 2025:
- Associates used more than 4,200 volunteer hours.
- 575 associates participated in community outreach programs.
- More than $20,000 was raised for Ronald McDonald House during the company’s Sales Kick Off event.
- Associates participated in environmental cleanup initiatives, sustainability education programs, animal welfare support activities, and tree-planting efforts across multiple countries.
