Welcome to myHR, Compucom's Human Resources information page for former eXcell contract associates. Below you will find information to assist you in your transition from Compucom.

Please keep in mind that the Confidentiality and Non-Solicitation Agreement that was part of your employment with Compucom is still in force and effect.

Benefits Information

As a terminated associate, you are eligible for the following:

Health Benefits

  • Please note that your benefits (health, life, disability) end on the last day of the pay period in which the termination of employment occurred.
  • Federal COBRA law allows you to continue medical, dental and vision plans you are enrolled in at the time of your employment end date.
    • Please see this important information about COBRA.
    • There may be other coverage options for you and your family. You may be able to buy coverage through the Health Insurance Marketplace. Additionally, you may qualify for a special enrollment opportunity for another group health plan for which you are eligible (such as a spouse’s plan), even if the plan generally does not accept late enrollees, if you request enrollment within 30 days of your CompuCom benefit termination date.
    • You will receive a COBRA enrollment packet in the mail at your home address from Fidelity (Compucom’s COBRA administrator). Contact Fidelity at 888 954 4636, option 1 with any COBRA questions.
  • Learn more about the current COBRA premiums. 
  • Please visit netbenefits.com to download your COBRA digital letter under the customer service menu. Your letter will be available 5-6 days prior to receiving your COBRA notice in the mail.


Life Insurance

You may be eligible to continue your life insurance by converting/porting to an individual policy. Contact Securian within 31 days of your termination date at 866 293 6047 for additional information about your options, including rates.

401(k)

  • To request a distribution or rollover of your 401(k) account, access your account online or call Fidelity at 888 954 4636, option 1.
  • If the vested account balance (not including any rollovers into your CompuCom 401(k) account) is under $1,000, your account is subject to being automatically cashed out. Please contact Fidelity for information about options available to you.

Expense Reporting

  • As a terminated associate, you will no longer have access to iExpense to submit online expense reports. Therefore, you must submit an expense report manually.
  • Expense transactions more than 30 days old are not eligible for reimbursement per eXcell Business Travel and Expense Policy.
  • Complete the Expense Report Form and email it, along with the itemized receipts, to your eXcell Resource Manager for review, approval and processing.

Time Reporting, Payroll and Personal Information Access

  • As a terminated associate, you will no longer have access to submit online timesheets. Therefore, you must submit a timesheet manually.
  • Complete the Weekly Timesheet-U.S. and email it to your eXcell manager for review, approval and processing. 
  • Address changes are important even though you are no longer a Compucom associate.
  • To update your address, send an email to myhr and DL012CCSResourceMana@excell.com
  • W-2 Forms are usually sent out the last week of January. Re-prints of duplicate W-2 forms will be available after February 15. 
  • NOTE: There is a $10 administrative fee for duplicate requests. See Duplicate Request for W-2 Form.
  • Should you need to update your personal information including address changes, banking information or choose to view prior pay slips, you can still access your Workday account through March 31 of the year following your termination date.  See Workday Access instructions below.

Workday Access

Workday supports the latest versions of the following browsers across devices: Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Microsoft Edge, Internet Explorer.
  • To request an external password reset to the external Workday site, send an E-mail to Compucom’s HRIS team at HRIS Requests hrisrequests@compucom.com. Make sure to include your full name and former Compucom Workday ID number in the subject line

  • If you have not previously accessed Workday from outside the Compucom network, you must reset your Workday password by following steps 1 or 2 below.

Step 1.  External Access via Web-Browser using Workday

  • Enter your Compucom username
  • Password is CompucomMMYY! where MM is the month and YY is year of your birth followed by the exclamation point as the special character, for example Compucom0155!
  • You will then be prompted to change your password

Step 2.  Mobile Access via Android Phone/Tablet, iPhone  & iPad using Workday App

  • Download and install the appropriate app from Google Play or iTunes
  • Tenant name: compucom (case sensitive)
  • You will then be prompted to change your password.

If you are unable to log in using any of the options above, send an email to HRISRequests@compucom.com.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

  • The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides confidential, professional short-term counseling to help former associates in resolving difficult problems. It is available at no cost to all associates and anyone significant in their life.
  • Available up until the last day of the pay period in which you terminate employment.

Payroll and Personal Information Access

  • Should you need to update your personal information including address changes, banking information or choose to view prior pay slips, you can still access your Workday account through March 31 of the year following your termination date. See Workday Access instructions above.
  • In addition, please email the myHR team with the updated information and ensure you include your full name and former Compucom Workday ID # in your email.
  • W-2 Forms are usually sent out the last week of January.
