The award recognizes Compucom’s impact and commitment to building an empowering and inclusive workplace
FORT MILL, SC, February 5, 2024 – Compucom, a leading technology sourcing, managed IT services and professional services provider, announced a series of partner awards at its annual Customer and Growth Conference, recently. Lenovo earned Compucom’s Top Partner Award for 2024 for the second consecutive year. HPE, HPI, Intel, Cisco, and D&H also received specific awards of distinction.
While most workplace satisfaction surveys focus on how employees feel about working remotely, hybrid or in the office, Compucom’s survey focuses on how technology and digital support – or lack of it – impact the employee experience.
“Having the right technology is central to every enterprise in today’s hybrid and flexible work model. orking with the leading technology providers enables us to serve a variety of end-user and infrastructure needs our customers may have.”
Scott Ward, Compucom CBO
Digital transformation starts with sourcing the technology solutions in combination with world-class services and support from the leading technology providers.
“When enterprises combine our technology sourcing capabilities with our leading device lifecycle, managed services, infrastructure and cloud solutions, they are able to provide a better employee experience,” Ward said. “This increases productivity and engagement, which ultimately leads to a better customer experience.”
Compucom’s recent survey, which focused on how technology impacts the employee experience, found that 47% of remote and hybrid workers have switched jobs or are actively looking due to frustrations with workplace technology. In addition, we found that connection speeds and the ability to store, access and leverage their data is integral to providing functional technology and infrastructure that keeps associates productive and businesses thriving.
